You can edit calling features for the main number only. Changes to calling features apply to both the main number and associated Multiple Directory Number.

Ring Pattern

Use the drop-down field to select the ring pattern for your Digital Phone.

You can set your number to ring for 2 to 32 seconds before the call is forwarded.

Do Not Disturb

Enjoy some quiet time. Do Not Disturb allows you to set your status to unavailable. Callers will normally hear a busy signal when this feature is activated.

Enable Ping Ring

When enabled, ping ring provides you with an audible indication that a call has been rejected. This serves to remind you that your Do Not Disturb feature is active.

Note:

You cannot answer the call when you hear the ping ring.

Call Waiting

Turn on call waiting if you want to be notified during a call that you are receiving another call. You can place the existing call on hold, answer the second call, and easily switch back and forth between the two calls.

Speed Calling

Speed Calling allows you to define single-digit codes that can be used instead of full telephone numbers to place calls to frequently dialed or hard-to-remember numbers. Speed dial codes can represent 3-, 7-, or 11-digit numbers.

speed_calling

Note:

The number 1 cannot be used as a Speed Dial code. Use numbers 2 through 9 as Speed Dial codes. If you attempt to use any numbers other than 2 through 9 as Speed Dial codes, the following error message will display.

Simultaneous Ring

For people who are on the go. You’ll never miss an important call again. Enter numbers here that you want to ring simultaneously when a call is received. These can be 7- or 11-digit numbers.

Note:

This feature cannot be used at the same time as Find Me/Follow Me (Sequential Ring).

Find Me/Follow Me (Sequential Ring)

This feature allows you to define a “find me” list of phone numbers, which are called sequentially after receiving an incoming call. These can be 7- or 11-digit numbers. Set it up to ring first to your home number, second to your cell phone, and third to a work number.

Notes:

Make sure to check the Continue on busy checkbox so that calls reaching a busy signal will continue through the list of numbers in the sequence. Otherwise, the call may route to voicemail or another number depending on your busy call settings.

This feature may not be used at the same time as Simultaneous Ring.

You can set each number to ring a certain number of seconds (between 2 and 32 seconds) before going to the next number.

Continue on busy

If for some reason you want the ringing sequence to stop when a busy signal is encountered, uncheck the Continue on busy checkbox.
