*TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Referring customer must have an existing account with SureWest and new, referred customer cannot have any SureWest services within the previous 180 days. New customer must subscribe to at least two SureWest services in order to qualify. Online request for promotional offer must be submitted online at http://www.surewest.com/referral/ within 30 days of new customer installation to confirm both parties' qualification for credits. New customer must have service for at least 30 days after installation and both accounts in good standing in order to qualify. $200 credit to the referring customer and $100 credit to the new referred customer will be delivered via credit on the billing cycle following confirmed qualification of promotion.
