How it works:
- Tell your friends about SureWest's great services:
Digital TV, High-speed Internet and Digital Phone.
- Your friend becomes a subscriber of two or more SureWest services. If your friend has not yet signed up for services, please direct them to sign up for services at surewest.com or by calling 916.640.2903. The refer-a-friend request will not be processed until after your friend installs new SureWest service.
- You sign-up for your referral reward, by continuing to the form below.
- Online request for promotional offer must be submitted within 30 days to confirm both parties' qualification for credits. New customer must have service for at least 30 days after installation and both accounts in good standing in order to qualify. Credits will be delivered via credit on the billing cycle following confirmed qualification of promotion.
