How it works

It's easy! If you refer the new occupant of your home after you have moved out and they sign up for at least two SureWest services, Internet, Digital Phone, and/or Digital TV, you get a $250 SureWest Visa® Gift Card. The new occupant will receive a $100 credit on his or her SureWest bill. Plus, if you have an early termination fee when you cancel service, we’ll waive it!

Watch the mail for your $250 SureWest Visa® Gift Card within 45 days after the new occupant's SureWest services are installed.

Here are the steps:

1. 30 days before or after vacating your residence, complete the online sign-up form below.
   
   
2. Leave the flyer at your home for the new occupant. (the flyer can be downloaded via the icon on the left of these screens)
   
   
3. You will receive your $250 SureWest Visa® Gift Card automatically within 45 days after new services have been installed. If the new occupant does not sign up for SureWest services within 30 days, then the referral will not be qualified and you will receive a letter.
