PC Setup

Set up of your new or existing PC, including the monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, software applications or additional accessories (i.e. webcam, iPod docking station, etc.) and configure the SureWest Internet connection. Other assistance includes creating e-mail accounts, installing Spam filters and firewalls and support with other equipment and software, such as wired or wireless routers.

Terms and Conditions: All NEXTech services require existing SureWest service: Internet and/or Digital TV at the premise of set up or installation service for the corresponding product/service. SureWest may not be able to perform services on all customer equipment due to technology limitations and variety of products. Work will be re-performed and/or corrected, or customer may have access to other options as set out in the customer agreement. Applicable taxes and fees are extra and payable by customer. Pricing assumes work/installation in normal circumstances without unusual conditions or equipment problems. Specific terms and conditions, including liability limitations, are set out in standard agreement. Protect your data. We assume you will back up your hard drive prior to having any work done on your PC. Universal remote programming is not guaranteed indefinitely. Periodic reprogramming may be required due to low battery power, mis-keying, or faulty interaction of remote with equipment. Remote Monitoring must always be used in conformance with applicable law. Remote Monitoring may be subject to separate recurring monthly charges for connectivity. Remote monitoring equipment and first or initial month(s) of recurring monthly fee will be charged separately and in advance of installation. Equipment is shipped directly to customer home prior to set up. Customer is responsible for all manufacturing warranties and terms.
