Q - Where do I load my videos?
A - Upload your videos to the i2TV site.
Q - How long will it take to upload?
A - On average a 5 minute video takes 10-15 minutes to upload.
Q - How large can the video be?
A - Video file size is limited to no more than 12 minutes or 200Mb.
Q - What file formats are supported?
A - AVI, MOV, MPEG2, MPEG4, MV4 and WMV video formats are supported.
Q - How many videos can I upload?
A - As many as you’d like!
Q - What channel can I view my videos on?
A - Videos will play on SureWest channel 702.
Q - How long before my video plays on TV?
A - Within 24 hours of uploading your video you’ll receive a confirmation email stating your video was accepted or rejected. If your video is accepted, it will load on channel 702 and on the i2TV website within 24-48 hours of the email confirmation.
Q - Why would my video be rejected?
A - i2TV video guidelines are found by clicking the upload button on www.i2tv.tv/surewest/
Q - Will there be other videos playing on this channel?
A - Yes, in addition to other videos from SureWest customers, i2TV will broadcast videos uploaded from popular Internet video sites.
Q - Who will view my videos?
A - Anyone who tunes into SureWest channel 702 or goes to the i2TV website.
