Find Me/Follow Me

For people who are on the go. You will never miss an important call again. Set up numbers in a list to be dialed simultaneously when a call is received. Making changes and edits is simple and easy through our online Digital Phone Manager page.

Multiple Directory Number

If you want the benefits of an additional telephone number without having another line installed, we have a feature for you! You can have up to two additional Multiple Directory Numbers ring on the same line as your main number, each with a unique ringing pattern, so you know which is being called.

Online Call Logs

Misplaced that important phone number? Retrieve it from the call logs via the online Digital Phone Manager. View incoming, outgoing and missed calls for your Digital Phone line.

Remote Access

How many times have you left your home and neglected to forward your calls? With Remote Access you can make changes to your favorite Digital Phone features from your cell phone or from anywhere. It is as simple as dialing an access number and then dialing a service access code to activate or deactivate your features as if you were at home.

Ring Pattern

No more dashing to the telephone when it might not be for you. If you have two telephone numbers, one for you and one for your kids, you can set up each line with a distinctive ring.

Sequential Ringing

This feature allows you to define a "find me" list of phone numbers, which are called sequentially after receiving an incoming call. Set it up to ring your office or cell phone if you are not at home. With this feature you can create a list of up to nine numbers. Selective Call Acceptance

Block unwanted calls without turning off your telephone with Selective Call Acceptance. Keep your private time private by limiting calls to those to whom you want to speak. You can program up to 10 telephone numbers that you want to receive calls from; all other calls will be routed to a recorded announcement advising those callers that you're not accepting calls at this time. Selective Call Rejection

Put an end to unwanted telephone calls with Selective Call Rejection. There's no need to change your telephone number or leave your telephone off the hook. The next time unwanted callers call, your telephone won't ring.Instead, a recorded announcement will let them know you're not receiving calls.Making changes and edits is simple and easy through our online Digital Phone Manager page.

Selective Call Forwarding

If you'd like to choose which calls to forward, Selective Call Forwarding is for you. Important calls will follow you to your destination. All other calls will ring through to your regular number. Speed Calling 8

If you have 8 numbers you call frequently and would like a way to speed up the dialing time, Speed Calling is the feature for you. You can dial local numbers and long distance numbers with a one digit or two-digit code.You can add, delete or modify numbers to your speed dial list through the online features management page.

Voice Mail

Voice mail service from CCI provides you with a mailbox where messages are stored whenever your line is busy or unanswered.

6-way Calling

With this feature you can have a meeting or conversation with five colleagues or customers — all in different locations and at the same time!

Anonymous Call Rejection

If you subscribe to Caller ID, it is because you want to see the identity of the calling party.However, some people choose to block the identity of their number. Now you can choose not to receive calls from unidentified numbers. Anonymous Call Rejection routes calls from blocked numbers to a recorded announcement advising the caller that you do not accept anonymous calls.

Automatic Recall

Automatic Recall is ideal for anyone who has difficulty getting to the phone while it's ringing. When you miss a call, just dial a simple code. The number of the last person who called you will automatically be called back.

Call Forward All Calls

Don't miss calls when you leave your home or office. Call Forwarding All Calls lets you forward incoming calls to a pre-selected number. You simply turn the feature on or off as needed.

Call Forwarding Busy

Don't miss calls when you're on the phone. Call Forwarding Busy lets you forward all incoming calls that receive a busy signal to another number. You can change the "forward to" number as needed and turn the feature on and off.

Call Forwarding No Answer

Don't miss calls when you leave your home or office. Call Forwarding Variable lets you forward incoming calls to another number. You select where your calls forward each time you activate the feature.

Call Waiting

With Call Waiting, you won't miss another call when you're on the phone. When call waiting is active, a short tone lets you know that a second call is waiting. The party calling you will hear the usual ringing signal.

Call Waiting Cancel

With the Call Waiting Cancel, you have two options: Per Call/Mid Call — Allows you to disable Call Waiting for the duration of a single call. Persistent – Allows you to cancel Call Waiting for all calls and remains active until deactivated via the online Digital Phone Manager.

Caller ID

Have you ever answered the phone only to regret it, or worse, regretted not answering the phone? Caller ID lets you see who is calling so you can choose what calls to answer, who to speak with and when. NOTE: Subscription to Caller ID requires the purchase of a display telephone or an add-on display unit.

Caller ID on Call Waiting

Allows you to see who is trying to call while you are on the phone.

Caller ID Blocking

Those you don't want to know your phone number won't, and those you do, will. Caller ID Block gives you the option to block your phone number for outgoing calls.Even if the party you are calling has Caller ID, your number won't show up on their phone.
